Shipping

We offer free shipping NZ Wide with any purchase over $150. We can ship to any address in New Zealand for a fee of $8.5 for residential addresses and $19 for rural addresses. We usually ship in 1 to 3 business days and you should receive your items within 3-6 business days.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis using DHL. If you are located outside of New Zealand, please reach out to us at info@snowboardworkshop.co.nz for a shipping quote and ordering assistance.

Please note that customers are responsible for all international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees.

What happens when I place an order?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Once the goods have been confirmed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order with your tracking number supplied.
We use NZ Post for our shipping within New Zealand. You can track your order once it has been placed and fulfilled here NZ Post tracking

What if my order can't be fulfilled?

At Snowboard Workshop, we value honesty and transparency in all of our business practices. In the event that we are unable to supply a retail product for any reason, rest assured that you will always be offered a refund.

We understand the importance of fulfilling our customers' orders and will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

Rentals and Demos

Yes we have a large selection of boards to try at our store in Frankton, Queenstown. Be sure to email info@snowboadworkshop.co.nz if you have a specific model and size you would like to demo and check out our Try Before you Buy Program

Warranties

For an in depth look please refer to our Retail Terms and Conditions. A quick summary to get things started.

1. Receipt - We carry your details from 2023 Forward, so give us an email or call and we will help locate the purchase.

2. We will need to assess the item and file a report to our suppliers, more than often we will require the item in-store.

3. The process does not mean that the warranty will be approved, we follow industry and legal guidelines and work hard to get you the best result.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind we do offer a refund or exchange of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:

  •  You return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase; and
    The item is unworn, unused and in its original condition; and
  •  All original labels and tags are attached to the item or it is in its original packaging; and
  • You provide a receipt as proof of purchase or we can look it up on our POS if you are struggling to find it.
